By accessing or using the website of Dr. Zandile Spengane Dermatologist ("the Practice", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems

4. Appointments & Consultations

Booking an appointment through this website or the linked Dr Derma portal is subject to availability and confirmation by the practice. An appointment booking does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until confirmed by our practice manager.

Consultations are offered at our rooms in Rondebosch. Practice hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30.

5. Billing & Payment Policy

• Discovery Health (Premier A Option) members are billed directly as per contracted rates.
• All other patients will be charged at Discovery Premier A rates. Payment is required in full on the day of consultation via credit or debit card.
• A Booking Confirmation Charge of R560 applies to secure all appointments. This amount is deducted from the consultation fee upon attendance.
• Consultation Fee: R1,560 for 30 minutes (Effective 01 March 2026), excluding extra procedures.
• A detailed statement will be provided for patients to submit to their respective medical aid schemes for reimbursement.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If notice is not provided:

• Private Patients: The booking confirmation fee will be forfeited as a cancellation charge.
• Medical Aid Patients: Charges may apply in accordance with medical aid scheme rules or full fees may be charged to the patient account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and interactive features — is the property of Dr. Zandile Spengane Dermatologist or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
